Founded by Andy and Anne Marie Coughlin, New Leaf is more than just a food truck - it’s a movement. Andy’s culinary skills combined with Anne Marie’s expertise as an herbalist create a unique and flavourful menu, which started with the beloved beet burger.
At New Leaf, we use mostly locally grown and organic ingredients because we believe food should be both nutritious and phenomenal in taste.
